“Truth Forever!”
In 2 John, the Apostle John is grateful his spiritual children have remained in the truth. He warns them again that these false teachers are deceivers and antichrists and not to let them into their homes. They must obey the commandment they received from the beginning and love one another and confess the coming of Jesus Christ in the flesh. He again gives the three tests of moral, social and doctrinal. If we abide in the teaching of the Apostles, we have both the Father and the Son.
