NCF Sunday Worship Livestream - September 17, 2023

When Jesus speaks of different foundations, he is speaking about two different types of Christians. The Christian who has built his house on sand is the one who is Christian in name only. He wants his life to look nice. It is all outward. It is all about style. The Christian whose house, life, is built upon a rock has a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and is all about living out the Sermon on the Mount. It is about developing a character more like Jesus. Only this constant inner change, radical change in character, can endure the storms of life that beat against our life and faith making us closer to Jesus Christ and thus better imitating His character.
